I sought my first in starry skies where shines the April sun. The second came before my eyes And warned me to be done. Tis very hard to lose one's sight I'm blind as bat or mole. Once hills and fields were my delight Now I'm no more my whole. I .. can't find the answer! Help?
hey! just been tring to find the answer to it, but had zero luck, I found some sites with the riddle on it, but the asnwer was a question mark every time.
Ditto that. That question mark is making me want to mutilate! That riddle has been gnawing at my brain since I heard it, and it's vaguely annoying there's no answer!! If I find it, I'll post, and likewise? Yes? :ffers cookies to whoever can answer it::
This one's been running through my subconscious for about a month now... If anyone can figure this out, they're smarter than I!
That would make sense if the guy who wrote that riddle comes from the southern hemisphere (here spring starts in april, not fall) I think that's it !
Good tries all, but I don't that fits with the whole riddle... I've never heard the answer to this one, and I've stumped a lot of people with it so far. Unfortunately, that includes me!
The Answer!!! um..the answer is "?" that being a question mark...if you got an more questions or riddles, definlty send them to me at [email protected] :chk:
I don't get it. Are you saying that you don't know the answer, or that the answer is a question mark? If it's a question mark, could you explain why?
you get a whole bunch of spring constellations in the meanings - Aries, Cancer, Hydra and Crater to name a few. I read about the meanings on some "able2know" site or something.
oh yeah on the topic of riddles.... What occurs once in a second, twice in one hour, and never in three hundred years?
The letter "O", of course :good: Credit goes to my co-worker Serena, who figured it out in about 30 seconds after I'd been thinking about it all day. D'oh!
heh heh. yeah its pretty good. one more as i jsut thought of it. not so much a riddle, but: If everything I say to you is a lie, am I telling the truth, or am I lying? And just to really tax your thinking muscle (which would be the brain, I guess) When asked which would you rather have: A ham sandwich, or eternal happiness, what would you choose and can you prove one is better than the other? All will be revealed when someone replies.... ^_^
Eternal happiness. I do not know anyone who does not want happiness. If you think about it, if you choose to do something, it is at least in part for your own happiness, even though it does not always go as planned, which proves we're all human. Of course, happiness has to be defined, because true happiness goes beyond being rich and famous. But I guess what you want to hear is this: Once you find eternal happiness, you won't need the ham sandwich because you won't care about it. You will have learned to be happy without it.
How can I be lying? If I'm lying then surely I'm telling the truth. But if I'm telling the truth, then I am lying. And a ham sandwich IS better than eternal happiness, because nothing is better than eternal happiness, and a ham sandwich is definitely better than nothing.
could be...love is blind....spring...or..a solar eclipse...could also be a divorce...or april showers (bring may flowers...just addin a few 2 the mix
