Default shut a computer down from another computer

is there any software that can shut a computer down on a network from another computer, or make the cpu usage go to 100% or use all the ram up?

My Computer

This doesn't sound like a legitimate purpose.

No, I don't see something like that ever being useful in everday situations.

I may be mistaken, but I doubt there is anything like that in existence...perhaps clarify why, and what you are trying to do?

You can make a service that does an infinite loop maybe, and to increase RAM usage, use a technique in C++ to cause a memory leak which would eat it up within a few seconds I guess. Not as far as I know remotely though.
