Default Shut down instead of restart ?

PC:
C2D E7200, DFI Blood Iron P35-T2RL, HD4850, SXS 500W

This is the problem... When i restart computer from windows, instead of restart computer just shut down.... then after ~3 sec he turns himself on but all i see is black screen, no post no nothing... In order to start posting and booting the system, I need to shut it down (by holding the power button) and leave it for a few minutes... After that i power it up again and it works normal...

I need to mention that this happens only if he was turned on for a few hours. If i restart right or after a few minutes when i turn pc on, it restarts and work normal..

I belive that all of my components are ok (~3 months old), maybe some settings in bios are wrong ??

Is this in a New case ? It sounds like the wiring is WRONG to the switch from the motherboard.

I have just finished checking... and as far as I see, everything is properly connected...

Computer was working for like ~5 hours, i have tried to restart it now, and restart went fine, there was no shutdown.... I have noticed one thing, when i restarted it, i didn't hear one beep and i have not seen post screen, just black screen and then windows xp logo appeared and pc continued booting with no problems...

I'm not sure but i doubt that some option in bios isn't configured properly... i just don't know what to look... Any idea for bios options ?

Try hitting Delete key on startup, or it may be f1 or f2...
