hi i am looking to use my pc as tv, dvd player in my room which will mean it will b on all the time even whenb i am trying to go to sleep, so im looking for a way to make the fans and the comp nice and quiet so i can go sleep with it on! any ideas

Personaly I can't think of a single reason to live with a noisy PC but for me to try and silence my rig will work out a bit too pricy.
