My Computer

-Go to My Computer.
-Right Click on an empty space in the window and select properties.
-Select "Hardware" Tab
-Click on Device Manager
-Double Click on "Sound, Video and Game Controllers."
-Look for a model name of your sound device.

It could be anything except:
Audio Codecs
Legacy Audio Drivers
Legacy Video Capture Devices
Media Control Devices
Video Codecs

What you will find is the name of your sound card/integrated audio device.
Do a google search for the driver for your sound device. Use "[incert model name] driver" as the keyword. Download the driver and install it.

Another way to do this is to go onto your PC manufacturer website (ex: dell.com) and do a PC model specific search. Usually PC manufacturers supply a product support page for their machines that have downloadable manuals, driver updates, and other support information. You are likely to find the audio driver there.

Contact me or post if you need anything, I'll be glad to lend a paw.
