my pc has a speaker and mic port both at the back of my pc and in the front... but everytime a plug my headphone or my speaker at the front side.. it wont work... how do i make it work?? pls help.... thanks!!

hmmm, chances are they aren't plugged in!
There is nothing you can configure in Windows, or the BIOS, to enable or disable the front ports. Assuming that you have turned all the volume controls up, there is no other explaination! Open up your case and have a l@@k
