Default Storage space

I deleted a whole lot of stuff off of my hard drive, but some of it seems like it's still there. I have included some graphics, so you can see what I'm talking about. If I select all the files in my H:\ drive and right click->properties, it says its 25,1 gb. If I use properties, it says I have used ~32 gb. Big difference.

A few days ago I was deleting like a gb of files and cancelled it real quick. Normally it takes like a minute to delete that much, but the file was neither in the recycle bin or in the folder anymore. Still that doesn't explain the 7gb discrepancy. Any ideas?
