My Computer

Default Suse 11.0 won't install properly.

Hi, all.

Downloaded the Suse 11.00 Live CD and ran it on my pc. On the live CD desktop, there was an option to install. I choose this option and the install appeared to be successful. However, I noticed that once I had installed, the desktop had only a few program icons for apps and no panel in the bottom lefthand corner so that you could configure, say, system settings, select applications to run, etc. This was all in stark contrast to the live desktop, where you could see all the aforementioned.

Any ideas on this one folks?

Many thanks,

David.

Ooops, looks like I have it sorted. Just had to add the application launcher to the taskbar - and all the programs where there of course.
