Default switch from liquid to thermal electric cooling?

i currently have an older model of this liquid cooling system

and im thinking about switching to this thermal electric cooler

i have an intel core 2 duo E6700 on an evga 680i sli motherboard with a single geforce 8800GTX. my full computer specs are listed under my name to the side of my post <--

do you think it would be worth switching to this new cooler? i mostly just dont want to deal with the hassle of the water cooling system every six months
