Hehe as much as I dislike tattoos, the GNU logo is a pretty cool idea, in a nerdy sort of way

I wouldn't fancy having to explain to people what it was though

Stupid idea: shave the hair off your head (if you're not already bald), and have the Intel Inside logo tattoo!! lol

You could always go one step further by getting Richard Stallman's face tatooed on your back

Oh wow, that's creepy!

If it was me, and I was planning on getting something like the GNU tattooed on my body, I would work it in to a larger piece of art. If you just get the GNU logo inked on all by itself, you'll look like a scratch pad with a logo stamped on your body.

i prefer linux because it's a free OS, & generally running an apple is expensive especially if you have problem

Agreed. Plus, who wants a tattoo of a WASP with a black turtleneck on their back? I'd just as soon get "Virgin 4 Life" tattooed across mine

Hold the phone!
If you are getting a free OS tattoo, surely you should tattoo yourself, while sitting in front of your PC, getting advices from mailing lists or a WIKI....

How about

tattooing myself would not be a good idea, i correct many typos before i submit the post, & tattooists are not like hairdressers & shopping, you can't just get one delivered

not bad, but the tat would fade over time, that's why i want a black only tat, nice pic though

All tattoos fade over time; it's not as if you can't get them retouched when they do.

P.S. - That Debian beer label is sweet.
