Tea has less caffeine than coffee, plus i don't like coffee. I drink espresso and that makes me hyper.

Both. Tea is good, hot or iced. Real, fresh ground coffee (with something like Starbucks beans) is good too. That instant stuff is crap compared to the real thing. Now some of these General Foods International coffees are pretty tasty, but they're closer to cappucinos than just coffee.

I love the taste of coffee, but I must be getting old -- gives me the jitters these days. My vote's with tea, since I drink gallons of the stuff, both hot & cold.

Of course, if I have my facts straight, the tea over in the UK is pretty strong...whereas what I'm used to would be be a green tea---like the tea in Asian countries.

I voted coffee...I drink both instant and perked...buy Tim Hortons ( fine grind )...best coffee in the world! Can't drink tea...in this country the tea tastes like colored water...too weak...can't be the same stuff you guys in the UK drink.
