I had to put it in my signature, because the image is too big to be used as an avatar.

try using GIMP with GAP plugin installed and reduce the number of frames from 30 down to say 10, try editing it to say stop him tapping his foot or reduce by a few frames, just try, or shall i ?

BTW: what is the limit of the file size of an avatar ?
