thermaltake swing troubble

few days ago i bought a new case 4 my comp....a Thermaltake vb6000bws and i'm having trouble connecting the front pannel audio jacks

the front panel has 2 jacks (mic and headphones)

my mobo is asus p5gz-mx

i'll give u what it says on the little cables and the pins on the mainboard

btw the onboard audio card is realtek hd audio....
if u need more info ask....
i just want to kno wich goes where...
