I have been playing Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands for the past 2 weeks. Only recently ever since the new update for it has been released I have been getting terrible FPS (20-25). I decided to run a benchmark and it showed me that my GPU power usage was actually dropping from 100% to 0% only for barely a second but it was constantly happening, causing tearing and very low frames making the game unplayable.
    Specs:
Intel Core i5 Quad Core 3.30GHZ
    Corsair CX750M (750W) PSU
    16GB RAM
AMD Radeon R9 200 Series (is what it's called in device manager)

I have also ordered a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 OC Windforce to replace my outdated graphics card and I am wondering if this will also carry over to it.

Probably game/driver issue that is likely fixed in future update.
