So I am on a laptop and it is a huge pain to install the ram you have to take the entire laptop apart.

I went from 8 to 16 gigs but it is running at 1333 mhz CAS8 instead of 1600 mhz CAS9.............does it even matter?

Will I ever notice it in the real world?

    Thanks.

On laptop that makes no sensible difference on speed but saves some power.
