Hello, I have a SONY VAIO Laptop (Model PCG-9L1L) and the problem that I have is with the LCD Display on it. :alarm: I can only see half of the image shown by the LCD, the upper part of the LCD is OK, but the other half is only blank (Can´t see anything), well is a white blank, like brigth white. Is there a way to make a diagnose of the LCD? What are the steps? How can this be solved? Does it have a solution? Any help or ideas...? Thanks.
I know that Dell provides a Diagnostic CD... You are using Sony's, if they havent prrovided then u better go and have a look on their website.... Did u put pressure on your screen when this thing happned? Does ur notebook fall from a height? Did u change any thing(software/hardware) in the coputer when this thing happned?
Hello, Does ur notebook fall from a height? well I it didn´t fall or something Did u change any thing(software/hardware) in the coputer when this thing happned? Nothing has changed since then, related to software or hardware, the laptop has never been opened to alter somthing of the hardware. Did u put pressure on your screen when this thing happned? I think the screen could have receive a bit of presure from the back side, the one that has the SONY logo.
