I work a highschool and we've got lots of MPC 365 towers. Suddenly, one of them insists on having the cpu fan on full blast all the time, even when it is first turned on. It is the only fan on the computer, besides the one on the power supply. According to the user nothing has changed recently with the computer. I am fairly tech savvy, but I'm not so enlightened when it comes to hardware problems. I ran speedfan, but I'm not sure how to interpret the results.

The remote temp has a flame icon by it, is this the cpu? You can see the only fan is at 5109rpm. It is blowing cold air, and returns to full blast right away even when the machine has been turned off over the weekend. Could this be a problem with a sensor or the entire motherboard? Are there some steps I could follow or some more info I could provide to help pinpoint the problem? Thanks for the help, I didn't want to get a replacement fan if that isn't the problem.
