My computer likes to restart randomly and without any warning at all. And I do not mean a semi-safe and clean windows reboot it just completely bombs, and then reboots straight from the POST messages and little motherboard ad at the beginning. WHen I reboot it gives me the error that a device driver has caused the system to reboot. I have no other devices active that I can think of that would cause it to randomly reboot this way so I am assuming it is an issue with the current driver for the card. I am on driver version 8.1.8.5. On occasion I also recieve a BSoD error saying: "STOP: 0x00000050 (0xAD473E84, 0x00000000, 0xAD4725EC, 0x00000000) avg7rsxp.sys" This occurs right after I login to Windows XP Home Edition.
Thats an AVG Antivirus problem by the looks of it, you might want to try swinging over to Grisoft Forums and seeing what info they have on it, or maybe someone else knows how to solve the problem?
Well yeah but they are two completely seperate problems. Thanks for solvin that one but do you know what the other one could be?
