Can anyone help me to evaluate the 64MB USB 2.0 thumb drive from the various vendors? Prefer to come with usb cable extension and can also help me find USB powered CD writer which means that they can relies on the usb to power up. Thanks
I think the CD-RW drives draw too much power to just be used off the USB ports. I've got a Lexar 64MB USB drive and love it. I smell the death of the floppy.
Mine is a Showdrive 128mb (not usb 2.0) and it works fine for me. It's not a good looking drive (no light or cool design of any kind) but it was cheap and it works.
