How do i modify my bootmenu

    Ive deleted win xp cuze I Installed to much tweaks wich made my system unstable
    Now Ive reinstalled it but when I get to my bootmenu I have 3 Os's windows 2000 windows xp pro and another windows xp pro so I want one win xp pro away
    I tried the boot.bak file in c:\ but it didnt go away
    Any1 know what i hafta do ?

    I'd imagine you should be able to simply delete it from the BOOT.INI file and be done with it.

    Thats what I thought also but when i search for boot.ini it comes up with no results

    It's because it's a hidden system file. You'll have to make sure that not only are hidden files are showing but that "Hidden Operating System files" are also showing.

    The other way to get to it is this: right-click on My Computer---->Properites---->Advanced tab----->Startup and Recovery---->Settings---->Edit (button).
