i have a pc which a family member built me im not very computer litterate. i have no sound at all. i have windows xp home edition service pack 3. apparentlly the make of the pc is AMD sempron(tm)processor 3400+..i hace no audio playback default device or midi music playback default device please help as i dont know what to do.
Check under device manager and see if your sound card is showing up as an unconfigured device; in that case it'll have a yellow exclamation mark next to it.
