It's beginning to happen over here as well. Frustrating since more and more media is available through the internet, do they expect people not to use these services when they have paid for their internet access? What's more annoying is that in an ever-continuing struggle to get more customers ISPs are advertising even faster speeds, even up to 50mbit. I'm being "traffic managed" by Virgin because I am a heavy user with a 2mbit connection. What the hell is throttling speeds going to do when there are people using 50mbit connections?
