I'm noticing that in some games, such as Happy Wheels, Minecraft, and even some Flash games, Bandicam records at below 30FPS, sometimes as low as 15.

    My current PC specs are:

    CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40Ghz
    RAM: 4GB
    GPU: GeForce GTX 275

When I record, whether it be windowed mode or DirectX/OpenGPL, the results are the same.

I'm using the Preset; "For Edit Premiere/Sony Vegas" which is very relevant as I always edit my videos after recording.

Recording computer sound, not recording voice.

Are my PC specs simply too bad to do this? What does recording require the most? CPU? RAM? GPU?

Sorry if this is being vague, and I'd imagine it is. If any more information is required, let me know. The software I'm using is a program similar to FRAPS. The games I am attempting to record are not very graphically intensive.
