I'm using a Dell laptop (Inspiron 1150) and working on scanned old photos. Having problems figuring out correct brightness/contrast issues because it all changes depending on the tilt of my screen. Is there a way around this problem?
I wouldn't be working behind a laptop screen for photo editing unless I absolutely had to. I'm not sure, and I don't think, that anti-glare shields would do the trick.
Thanks, Big B! I fired up the monitor and moved the files... Quite a difference! Definitely need to go back and look at contrast and light levels.
