well it seems this build is not destined for greatness. So anyways, everything is installed, HDD, memory, optical drives, processor, ect, and i try to start it up and everything seems to have power, but i just get a bios beeps. Its an MSI board and i already checked the memory and that seems to be good, have to check the video card, and processor still, and PSU and Mobo, but that will just be ruled out by the time everything else is checked. Anyways, it has Phoenix bios and this_chart has the codes for the beeps, but all i get is one single long beep, repeating every like 5 or so seconds, no boot up screen or anything.

nvm, turns out it was the memory, and it was in the wrong slot, and the DDR memory i guess doesn't work, guess it has to be DDR2.

holy crap. How did you fit 184-pin DDR RAM into 240-pin DDR2 slots?
