orbicam problem

Hey Guys I Have A Problem,my Orbicam Takes Pictures,but The Picture Comes Out As If Someone Spilled Red Paint In The Picture,anyone Know What The Problem Is?

 

Have a close look on the lence of the camera... Also check the colour settings..

 

how can i get my orbicam to work again?

 

i just bought this acer laptop and it has a orbicam in it and the cam stop working right and how can i get it to work again?

 

Maybe tell us what model of laptop (I have an Acer laptop with an Orbicam and it works fine) and also tell us what happens when you try using it, just saying "it doesn't work" isn't enough...

 

i have BL50 model laptop
the web cam work one day and the next day it just stop working

Okay,

You're using the Acer software to use the camera right?

I'm not sure if the camera's the same as mine but:

Does the light come on when you try and use the camera?
What's displayed in the camera software?
Does it give you any error messages (for example does it say it cannot find the camera?)

 

yes i am useing the acer orbicam programe
it says the orbicam application has stoppes working a problem caused the program to stop working corrctly and the windows will close the programe.

 

Then it'd lead me to believe it's a software issue, not a problem with the camera. Have you tried any other software to access the camera? Maybe using it (webcam) in an IM program?

 

yes and it still does not work is show blank

 

Is it listed in Device Manager?
