Hi all, Just wondering if anyone has any advice on the following: I have to repeatedly re-format a friend's system due to them doing weird and wonderful things with it every now and then, the culmination of which usually results in the blue screen of death! I have done a fresh install and loaded all the necessary applications and would like to know what is the best way to take a disk image then I can say to them; "simply boot of this to re-install everything". I have used Norton ghost previously, however that proved un-affective. Thanks
