Hi! Sometimes people encounter problems and then they somehow solve it by themselves. Why should you admins not open a thread directory, called "Solved problems", where HWF members could post a problem they've resolved. And others could contribute other methods/comments for resolving that particular problem... it's like - you get the answer posted even before a question has even been stated.
Nice idea, but here's a few points I have against it: 1.)The search tool. People can use that to check for issues. 2.)We have very few threads regarding fixing problems. Most of these are stickied because they address problems or answer questions that pop up frequently. If it's in depth enough, we might look to publish an article on the subject. 3.)Even with the above points, there's no guarantee people will search for and/or read it, even if it solves their problem.
interesting idea but maybe a how-to section would be more appropriate? or perhaps the ability to search the existing threads we have marked as solved.
Or may be an option on selection of Solved or Unsolved threads or both...because there are some unsolved threads which really is solved also in some unsolved threads there are lots of good points...
