I have an IBM thinkpad and I cant seem to get any sound out of it at all, where can i change a setting or something like that?
Reinstall the sound card drivers. Most likely its integrated sound so if you find your chipset model then you should be able to download new drivers for it.
Also m8 make sure all your volumes are up and none are on mute. do this by goin Start>All programs> accesories> entertainment> volume control. hope this helps Dave :good:
Or go to www.driversguide.com and download them there you'll av to register but it worth it!! hope this helps Dave
You will need to go to the IBM site and lookup downloads for the exact model number of your thinkpad, they have all the drivers listed in a easy layout...dont have to register but you will find what you need under sound/audio driverers in the downloads section of the support page for the model you enter. Laptops usually have third party software from the mfg. that control display and sound. http://www.ibm.com/support/us/
If your going to this site use the username and password Drivers2 All because they give the smae to everyone so its pointless registering
