    My Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5892 laptop is having a keyboard problem. The enter key doesn't work, the up arrow doesn't work, the a key turn on the caps lock, many other key don't work or display the wrong letter. My computer is off and it won't let me log in because i can't type my password. Any suggestions? thank you!

    A couple of things off the top of my head:

    try to push alt+shift or alt+ctrl+shift; could be that the key mapping has been changed;

    Also, maybe numlock is switched on (Fn+numlock might help)?

    Try to reinstall Windows. That might solve the problem. Meantime, try hooking an external keyboard to be able to log in to your account.
