I'm, choosing to buy between 2 cards.. HD-587X-ZNDA and HD-587X-ZNFV.

The only difference is the RAMDAC. Its RAMDAC (MHz): 2 X 400 MHZ for the ZNDA and the other one only has 1 X 400 MHZ. Does it really make any difference? Would i see any downside in gaming performance if i choose 1X?

The RAMDAC is a microchip that converts digital video signals into analog video signals. If it has more than one, then you can connect more analog screens to it. If you use a digital connection (DVI-D, HDMI or DisplayPort), you won't even need the RAMDAC chip.
