widescreen monitors are all well & good, but where are the widescreen mousepads?

mousepads are still made similar to the old 4:3 format screens

so, i ask where are the 16:9 mousepads hiding ?

Edit: i was actually joking, but some bright spark has thought of it,

    look, Widescreen Mouse Pad Black

You could also use a Trackball, so you never need to lift the mouse :)

    Ugh... trackball??

My professor, for whom I do a little research in between classes at college, put those on several of the lab computers, and i hate them! It's slow! I didn't change the settings for speed in the control panel, so I could probably make it so it moves faster, but still, you can't induce as fine a difference between a fast motion and a slow motion with the trackball, as you can by jerking your wrist.

    Lol just ranting.

    Lol do you like trackballs?

i don't like trackballs, apparently they take a lot to get used to them, but then you'll only ever want to use trackballs, i use a Logitech RX 1000

I can't stand trackballs either. I just use a Razer mousepad. It's wide, 16:9 or so, and gets the job done. Now where are the ergonomic keyboards? I need something to replace my old Microsoft natural keyboard, but the keys on all the new ones feel 'mushy'.
