im going to buy a new gaming pc and i dont really know wich gpu i need to take. wich one is best: the asus hd 7970 matrix or the evga gtx 680 4gb? also i heard that amd is coming with the hd 8000 series and nvidia with the gtx 780 in the begining of 2013. is it worth to get lower end gpu now and replace it later? the games i want to play are LoL, farcry 3, apb reloaded, firefall, medal of honor warfighter, bf3, ... and is it easy to sell that lower end gpu to get the new model? specs are: asus sabertooth z77 corsair dominator 8gb 1600mhz i5 3570k corsair h60 v2 corsair cx 750w kinstone hyperx 3k 128gb ssd corsair obsidian 650D
Really depends on what lower end gpu you're gonna get, how and where you're gonna sell it. From your build I want to assume you have no problem with the budget. You can get a HD 6870 or 6890 if you want, it's relatively easy to sell with more people buying APU since they will have to combine it with HD 6*** series cards to get radeon dual graphics technology.
