    I just blew out my case in my main rig and LAN/test box. My main rig got a 6*C drop in temps. It was getting a little warm, but I forgot how it used to be. I knew I needed to do it, but man, not that bad.

    Wow, that sounds like a pretty impressive amount of dust! Good thing you blew it out. Sounds like you might want to start keeping up on that ;)

    Its incredible how fans collect so much dense dust. like a sludge. Its awkward trying to wipe it off aswell cause of the fan blade's shape.

    yeh my case dropped 3 degrees when i got rid of the dust in it.

    half the time my case is open.it might get real dirty huh? by the way,Sniper you should have blamed your dog!!

    I had to dust a Dell PII on Friday. I ended up with a crappy computer, and black paper towels

    warning: do not clean any of your computer accessories, you will get dirty, then you will have to take a bath!!!......

    Thats only because your a greesy skateboard rock boy :D haha ;)

    Guys, you shouldn't really use towels or any clothes to clean out dust, but use Compressed Air (Dust Spray) you can pick it up very cheaply from local DIY / Electronic / Computer stores & it lasts quite awhile :D

    (just make sure you don't spray at a 90 Degree angle otherwise it comes out as frozen liquid at about -30C.
