    I recently purchased the xcilo 700 watt x14s4p4 power supply

    My question is will it be able to run 2 xfx hd 4890 ati graphic cards ?

    yes that motherboard will run two 4890's Crossfire but in first gen x16 mode and x8 mode. I would upgrade the psu to 1000w.

    it will probably run it but will stress the psu and it will fail alot quicker.

    Are you kidding? 1000 watts your insane, I would not test it running it seeing how its not a high end PSU and its running a high end video cards and CPU.

    I would say get a corsair tx750 or 850. Or pc power and cooling 750

    No im not insane. I always advise people to use higher than recommended power supply units. so it doesn't stress and fail as quick. Also so it's future proof for more power demanding hardware.

    Uhm yeah, you could get by with a 650.

    A 750 or 850 would be way more than enough.
