Looks like there's more than just Ratpadz and Everglide mousing surfaces. XRayPad's Thunder 8 mousepad gets a quickie 1 page review at Ascully.
The Thunder 8 consists of two pieces, the actual surface and the ABS base that holds the surface firmly in place on your desk. While we have seen double sided mouse pads in the past I have not seen one that is designed in this particular fashion. In practice it works superbly as the surface fits really snugly into the base. If you need to flip the surface X-Ray have provided an easy lift corner that makes it more convenient, providing you have finger nails of course. That one is over here. PC Perspective takes a look at CoolerMaster's slick little desktop case, the Cavalier 2. Moving around to the rear of the case we see a pretty typical layout. As mentioned before, the power supply is a non-standard size, which allows the overall height of the case to be slightly lower than it would be with an ATX power supply. The single 80mm power supply fan is mounted on the bottom side instead of the back and blows air thru the power supply and out the rear openings. This helps minimize the noise radiated from the power supply fan. Check out the full review here. |
