As the tite says, I am trying to use a PSU to power two PC fans with a computer... How do I get it to turn on without a PC? Thanks in advance.....

you could try one of those old power supplies u mite find in an old PC, 10+ years old, because the older way to power on a pc, was the button being on front of the PC was attatched straight to the PSu

You need to short pins 14 & 15 (assuming a 20-pin ATX connector). If you have a 24-pin, most of them should allow you to remove the end 4-pins.
