Question trying to read HDTV files

I've been trying to find a way to convert HDTV files into a readable format.
There's this folder containing many files (that are unreadable by any media player), I was just wondering if you guys knew any piece of software that could convert it to a readable format. Thanks.

Yeah, but those separate files aren't of any readable format by any player... it's more like a folder containing files like ".r00" or ".r01" etc...
