There are a crap ton of website which offer free tv station streamed over the internet. In my experience, they are always a little weird, but do the job none the less. That said, i had a friend who had a internet tv service, paid for, so he got cable channels, but they didn't send him for a year, so when they did, it was huge. The best advice i can give you is to just look around, IPTV or internet TV, they are a dime a dozen. On a final note, here is a good source for reviews on tv through the internet.
