Default USB Wifi NIC crashing my comp?

I purchased this Zonet ZEW2500P USB 2.0 802.11g 54Mbps Wireless USB Adapter - Retail at Newegg.com and since my install my computer has been freezing every 30 minutes, forcing a hard reboot. When I restart, my USB mouse has to be unplugged and replugged as well as the wireless thingy. So, im assuming it's a USB issue. Anything I can do?

thanks.

Dont just consider that it has to be your NIC...It could be anything.

Edit: If you can see any other error...post it here!
Also look into Device Manager(You will find it in same place where event viewer is), if there is anything with yellow exclamatery sign??

To correct this problem, change the TCP/IP protocol configuration to the correct subnet mask.
