Default Vcore And Fsb Constantly Changing Help!!!

Hi guys, I bought a new system recently and this is the first time its been turned on. Here are the specs

Psu - TRUST 570W DUAL FAN PRO - this powers mobo, hard drive
Also i have a cheap PSU powering the fans and disk drive

ASROCK PENRYN1600SLI - 110DB

Q6600 QUAD CORE INTEL PROCESSOR

300GB SATA HD

6GB RAM DDR2

ATI 2400 256MB

My motherboard comes with some software called ASROCK OC, i can overclock using this but i am not going to, however i can also monitor voltages etc etc. My cpu speed in changing between 2.399ghz - 2.403 ghz, my cpu fsb is changing up and down 266.5 - 266.7

my vcore volatages are changing between 1.19 - 1.29.

Also I have 6gb ddr2 installed but vista is only showing 3gb.

Can someone please shed some light on this , It is really worrying me.

Thanks guys

Most motherboards these days automatically adjust the voltage and FSB to optimal levels. This won't cause any problems. As long as the temprature is below 70 degrees Celcius. You can use a program like Everest or CoreTemp to monitor the temperatures. But there's no need to worry, as this is normal behaviour

The 32-bit version of XP and Vista only support 3-4 GB of RAM. You need to use the 64-bit version to use all the RAM in your system. The licenses (home basic, home premium, business and ultimate) are valid for both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions. So for example, if you got the 32-bit version of Home Premium, you can use and activate this product key on the 64-bit version of Home Premium.
