Hi, just wondering, what are the capabilitied of Vector Based Animation, and what are the limitations of Vector Based Animation?

Vector imaging, and I would assume this to apply to animation, is based on mathematical values, so scaling isn't an issue like a bitmap or jpeg (as well as other formats like them). Need that at 100000x2400000? No problem with vector.
