Very easy, but advanced, automated installer!
I just stumbled accross this:
Folding @ Home : Installation - Configuration - Automation : Ubuntu / Debian | RHEL / FC : Ubuntu Tutorials : Breezy - Dapper - Edgy - Feisty Its a very nice way to install F@H under Linux, BSD, OSX etc etc etc, defintely worth a look!

yep, its called Finstall, and yes, its easy, but very confusing as well, i managed to get it to work, but theres a different set-up for Ubuntu users, which i found in a thread. Oh yeah, if you search wikipedia, there is some really good information and guides about Finstall.
