About a week or two ago i was playing gta sa, and the game froze, i rebooted only to find that my monitor wasnt working so i rebooted to safe mode... It says coudnt complete draw request and that it was a problem with the device driver.. So i uninstall the driver and then install the latest, reboots fine and everything is working... When i go to change resolution back up from 640 my monitor goes blank again... the only way i can get anything to show is by repeating the process of uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, i've tryed both old and latest drivers with no luck... I have a geforce 4 ti 4600 never overclocked and never over worked.. this just came out of nowhere, is my card fried.. wth is the problem, any advice would be most appreciated.

Try disabling system restore if you're running WindowsXP or ME, reinstalling Directx9.0c, reinstalling your motherboard drivers, then reinstalling your video drivers. Don't forget to reboot beetween each step.
