Default Video Card for Captured Video Playback (PVR)

I'm building a personal video recorder. I have the Hauppauge 150 for video cap. I need a card that displays to S-Video and will not produce blocky video playback on my 50" TV like the ATI Rage Pro that I am currently using for video playback. The captures look pretty good when turned into DVDs and played back using my stand alone DVD player and displayed on the same TV.
I am looking at ATI 9600, 9550 or Nvidia 5200 or MX 4000.
I'd prefer DX9 support I guess.
The computer will be dedicated to PVR, although I suppose some games could be played as well. But I don't need to consider heavy duty gaming.
All advice appreciated.

By the way, how slavishly does one need to observe the recommended power supply requirements? All new cards seem to require 250W, and I only have 200. I have tried a card that requires 300W in the system and it seems to work fine. I only have sound card, TV card, 2 HD, and 2 CD (which I could turn off if necessary) in the system. Computer is 866 PIII.

My Computer

I' recommend getting one of the ATI AIW cards! As for the power supply, as long as everything is working fine, I wouldn't worry about it too much personally.
