Default VISIONTEK ATI HD2600 HOTFIX problem!!

Okay so I had a problem with my graphics card, ATI HD2600, where my countesrtrike often skipped and lagged wiht fps drops. So, in effect, I downlaoded this: http://support.ati.com/ics/support/d...estionID=29837 which was a driver hotfix. Little did i know this would cause problems for me. As a result, the new installed driver made me unable toa ccess my computer after I reboot. THe screen became blue right after the startup screen loaded. I have uninstalled the hotfix by using my integrated Nvidia 6100 graphics card. Yet, the screen still becomes blue at the account login startup screen. Any way around this?
