Default vx8100 unable to copy from Ringtones folder???

I'm not sure what happened, but now I can't copy any files from the Ringtones folder on my vx8100. Does anyone have a clue?

Folder = /brew/16452/lk/mr/

All files in this folder transfer as 0 bites from the phone to the computer. I'm using QPST to connect to the phone. Thanks for your replies!

Bummer...no one seems to have any ideas? I can copy files from any other location on the phone without problems. Is there a process to just reimage the phone? Obviously something is screwed up.
