Web Cam Software

I was wondering if anybody new of a video conferencing software to use with web cams. I just bought a web cam and i thought i would use it with my current messanger program msn but what i thought was video conferencing is really just seeing the other person, i want to be able to talk to the other person as if you were using a video phone.

Netmeeting is in Windows and I believe that would do the trick. I'm not sure how good it works, never having used it, but that would be something to play with before looking to spend money.

Netmeeting is pure evil. It's slow, has memory leaks, and its security... let's just say it's a typical Microsoft product (not to be trusted outside your LAN).
