Website building sites ?

Hi there, new to forum and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to find some free web building sites. Just looking to build an informative site to promote my business of ceramic tiling, photo gallery showing previous jobs that type of thing, so would'nt need any payment facilities or anything like that. Is it possible to build one that i dont have to keep paying for or do you have do that for all of them ?

I use Web Hosting, Free Web Hosting and Web Tools from Bravenet.com.

It's free for a subdomain and they have a visual editor / html or you can choose a pre made design.
