ATI Radeon PCI-E MSI X2600 XT PCIE 512MB GDDR4 128BIT
or
nVidia GeForce PCI-E ASUS GF 8600GT SILENT PCIE 512MB 128BIT ???

And btw can i use those cards if they are GDDR3 and GDDR4 if now i have DDR2 ??

Well to answer the question over the GDDR3 and GDDR4 you can run it with DDR2, they are not related. I would go with the ATI.

Your system RAM and video card RAM are not directly tied together, so you do not need to match these.

The 8600 is a better choice between the two lines as far as gaming performance goes. However, HD playback is stronger on the Radeon X2600 and use less CPU power.
